Jesse Collin is a Canadian actor whose work spans television, film, and beyond. With over two decades in the industry, he has brought depth and authenticity to acclaimed productions, including the Oscar-winning film The Revenant, the Golden Globe-winning series Fargo, and the Primetime Emmy-nominated Hell on Wheels. Jesse is set to reprise his role as Dodge in the highly anticipated second season of Netflix’s The Recruit, premiering January 30, 2025.

His journey into acting began early, inspired by a fascination with storytelling and the dynamic characters of Law & Order. A pivotal moment came in seventh grade when a determined drama teacher encouraged him to audition for the school play—igniting a lifelong passion for performance.

Jesse honed his craft at the University of Victoria, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre (Acting) in 2008. After launching his career in Calgary, he made the move to Toronto in 2015, expanding his work in both screen and stage productions.

Beyond acting, Jesse is the founder of The Craft Self Tape Studio, a professional resource supporting actors with coaching, audition prep, and self-tape services. His studio reflects his dedication to the acting community, providing emerging and established performers with the tools they need to succeed.

A proud ACTRA member, Jesse is also an advocate for cancer awareness, a cause close to his heart following the loss of both parents to the disease. Outside of acting, he enjoys kayaking, photography, and crafting the perfect coffee or cocktail.

Passionate about his craft and the industry, Jesse continues to bring compelling performances to the screen while helping fellow actors navigate their careers.
